From May to November, members train at Riverbank State Park track once a week (when the track is open.)
Located in Washington Heights, the track is on the west side right next to the Hudson River. To get there, take the 1 train to 137th street and walk west along 137th street towards the river. Cross the bridge, make a right and pass the basketball courts. The outside track is right in front of the skating rink. Also, soccer teams normally play on the field while we train on the track. There may also be several children running around. For those who swim and run, there is a 50 meter indoor pool right next to the track. It is approximately a 10 minute walk from the subway stop to the track.
Please bring a bottle of water or sports drink with you. There is a vending machine nearby. The bathrooms are located right by the skating rink.

Sometimes due to extreme heat the track workouts are cancelled. Make sure you are part of the track workout email list to be notified or contact Coach Kelsey.
*Your safety is very important to us. If you do not feel comfortable walking alone to the track from the subway station, please email the Coach and we will make sure at least one member will accompany you.
