Take the 1 subway train to 137th street stop (City College).

Go up the stairs to the street and go towards the Hudson River (if you're heading downhill, then that's the correct direction; do NOT enter Montefiore Park because that path heads to City College!)

Turn right. You should see the bridge to Riverbank State Park. Cross the road and go to the bridge.

Cross the bridge.

At the end of the bridge, turn right. You should be seeing basketball courts.

Walk straight until you see the track and football field.

Look for Coach Kelsey and other FRNY members by the bleachers.
